The Dow and S&P 500 were both higher on Wednesday as traders awaited the lastest monetary policy announcement from the Federal Reserve. The Nasdaq struggled, however, as shares of major tech companies such as Amazon and Apple dropped. Investors also kept an eye on the IPO market as cloud company Snowflake doubled its value in its trading debut.
