Costco Wholesale Corp. COST, -0.56% said late Wednesday its board of directors has declared a dividend to 79 cents, from 70 cents. The dividend is payable on May 14 to shareholders of record on April 30. Costco shares rose 0.3% in the extended session Wednesday after ending the regular trading day down 0.6%.
