Just Eat Takeaway GRUB, -0.60% is planning to delist from the Nasdaq NDAQ, +1.01%, citing the low trading volumes and the low proportion of the shares held in the U.S. It’s aiming for the last trading day of its U.S.-listed shares on the Nasdaq to occur by the end of the first quarter of 2022. The company’s ordinary shares will remain listed on Euronext ENX, +0.41% Amsterdam and on the London Stock Exchange LSEG, -0.42%.
